Farber Marketing plat artwork is priced by the number of homesites or units. Logically, there is more work involved in a site plan for a 200 home community than there is for a 12 home community. Our pricing schedule reflects this.
The basic price includes all of the style features of our plats, such as the 3-D look, logos, labeling streets, homesites, etc.
Additional options available are including trees (either according to a plan or random), using footprints to indicate houses (the footprints need not be actually plan-correct...we put a disclaimer on each plat), depicting community amenities, such as playgrounds, sport areas, walking trails, etc. For many of these items there is just a small charge.
